GolfSwing(이하 “본 앱”)은 골프 스윙 촬영·분석·재생을 위한 개인용 앱입니다.
본 처리방침은 본 앱이 어떤 정보를 다루는지, 광고와 관련하여 어떤 처리가 이루어지는지를 설명합니다.
1. 수집하는 정보
- 카메라·마이크: 스윙 영상 촬영을 위해 기기 내에서 사용합니다. 촬영 영상은 사용자의 기기에 저장됩니다.
- 사진·동영상 라이브러리(선택): 사용자가 가져오기/내보내기를 할 때만 접근합니다.
- 스윙 분석 데이터: 자세·타이밍 등 분석 결과는 앱 문서 저장소(및 사용자가 켠 경우 iCloud)에 저장됩니다. 분석은 기기에서 수행됩니다.
- 광고 식별자(IDFA 등): 광고 표시를 위해 운영체제 정책에 따라 요청·사용될 수 있습니다. iOS에서는 App Tracking Transparency(ATT) 안내에 따라 추적 허용 여부를 선택할 수 있습니다.
- 계정: 본 앱은 회원가입·로그인을 요구하지 않으며, 별도의 사용자 계정을 생성하지 않습니다.
2. 이용 목적
- 스윙 촬영, 저장, 재생 및 분석 기능 제공
- 앱 내 광고 표시(Google AdMob)
- 앱 안정성·오류 확인을 위한 최소한의 기술 처리(광고 SDK 등 제3자 라이브러리가 수행하는 범위 포함)
3. 저장 위치 및 보관
- 스윙 영상·분석 결과는 기본적으로 사용자 기기에 저장됩니다.
- 사용자가 iCloud 동기화를 사용하는 경우, Apple iCloud에 관련 파일이 동기화될 수 있습니다. iCloud 처리에는 Apple의 정책이 적용됩니다.
- 사용자가 앱을 삭제하거나 데이터를 지우면 기기(및 동기화된 클라우드)의 해당 데이터는 더 이상 본 앱에서 접근할 수 없습니다.
4. 제3자 서비스 (광고)
본 앱은 무료 제공을 위해 Google AdMob을 통해 배너·전면 광고를 표시할 수 있습니다.
광고 SDK는 광고 제공·측정·부정 트래픽 방지 등을 위해 기기 정보, 광고 식별자, IP 주소 등 정보를 자체 정책에 따라 처리할 수 있습니다.
전면 광고는 분석 완료 등 특정 시점에 표시될 수 있으며, 한 번 노출된 뒤에는 일정 시간(약 1~2시간) 동안 다시 표시되지 않도록 앱에서 제한합니다.
5. 아동의 개인정보
본 앱은 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 만 13세 미만 아동으로부터 고의로 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
6. 이용자의 선택
- 카메라·마이크·사진 접근은 기기 설정에서 거부할 수 있습니다. 거부 시 해당 기능이 제한될 수 있습니다.
- iOS에서 추적 허용을 거부하면 맞춤형 광고가 제한되고, 광고는 비맞춤형으로 표시될 수 있습니다.
- 앱 삭제 또는 저장 데이터 삭제로 로컬 스윙 데이터를 제거할 수 있습니다.
7. 보안
스윙 데이터는 주로 사용자 기기(및 선택 시 iCloud)에 보관됩니다. 개발자는 서버로 스윙 영상을 수집·업로드하지 않습니다.
다만 광고 SDK 등 제3자 서비스는 해당 사업자의 보안·프라이버시 정책에 따릅니다.
8. 처리방침 변경
본 방침이 변경되면 이 페이지의 시행일(Last updated)을 갱신하여 게시합니다. 중요한 변경이 있을 경우 앱 또는 이 페이지를 통해 안내할 수 있습니다.

GolfSwing (“the App”) is a personal app for recording, analyzing, and reviewing golf swings.
This Privacy Policy explains what information is handled and how advertising works.
1. Information We Handle
- Camera & microphone: Used on-device to capture swing videos. Recordings are stored on your device.
- Photo/video library (optional): Accessed only when you import or export media.
- Swing analysis data: Metrics and related results are stored in the app’s document storage (and in iCloud if you enable it). Analysis runs on your device.
- Advertising identifiers (e.g. IDFA): May be used to show ads, subject to platform rules. On iOS you can choose tracking permission via App Tracking Transparency (ATT).
- Accounts: The App does not require sign-up or create user accounts.
2. Purposes
- Provide capture, storage, playback, and analysis features
- Display ads in the App (Google AdMob)
- Support basic technical operations related to ads and app stability (including processing by third-party SDKs)
3. Storage & Retention
- Swing videos and analysis results are stored primarily on your device.
- If you use iCloud sync, related files may sync via Apple iCloud under Apple’s policies.
- Deleting the App or clearing its data removes local access to that data (and cloud copies follow Apple’s deletion/sync behavior).
4. Third-Party Services (Ads)
The App may show banner and interstitial ads via Google AdMob.
The ad SDK may process device information, advertising IDs, IP address, and similar data under Google’s policies for serving and measuring ads and preventing fraud.
Interstitial ads may appear after events such as completing an analysis. After one interstitial is shown, the App limits further interstitials for about 1–2 hours.
5. Children
The App is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
6. Your Choices
- You can deny camera, microphone, or photo access in system settings (related features may be limited).
- If you deny tracking on iOS, personalized ads may be limited and non-personalized ads may be shown.
- You can remove local swing data by deleting the App or clearing stored data.
7. Security
Swing data stays on your device (and optionally iCloud). The developer does not operate a server that collects or uploads your swing videos.
Third-party SDKs (such as ads) follow their own security and privacy practices.
8. Changes
We may update this policy by posting a new “Last updated” date on this page. Material changes may also be noted in the App or on this page.
